LibraryShare:  Stellar lessons for teaching library and information literacy skills

Do you have an outstanding lesson to share that wows your K-6 students and teachers?  Are you looking for new ideas to spice up your lessons?  Then you've come to the right place!  This wiki will provide a forum for us to share all of our best ideas and pick up great ideas from others.  I think we can learn a lot from each other just by sharing the best from our personal "teacher-librarian's tool kit."

See directions for adding to this wiki:

The "Side Bar" at the right displays the categories used for our LibraryShare wiki and gives links the pages where you can share your own ideas.

SHARING

GUIDELINES

SHARING GUIDELINES:  You are invited to share your most stellar, excellent, tried-and-true lessons and ideas.  We want the best of the best.  We want the ones that make the teachers say "Wow!" and make the students say, "Can we do that again next week?"

Add your ideas to the list, being sure to include:  lesson title, recommended grade level, a description of the activity, and any necessary resources.  If you'd like to leave your name and email, people can contact you if they have questions, but listing your contact information is optional.  Thanks for sharing!

On a personal note... This is my first attempt at a wiki, so I'm just a beginner.  If you have questions or comments, feel free to contact me.  Thanks for being willing to share your excellent ideas!  If you'd like to contribute, email me and I'll be happy to share the invite key.
